Under general supervision, the Receptionist performs receptionist duties by disseminating information involving visitors calling in person or on telephone; operates telephone console or switchboard; performs general clerical duties.
As a representative and team member of administration, this position is expected to present oneself in a manner that reflects professionalism and ensures resident satisfaction.
Qualifications :
Education - High school graduate or equivalent preferredExperience/Training - Prior experience working a front desk as reception preferred, or any equivalent combination of training and experience which provides the required skills, knowledge and abilities.

The check can be for multiple reasons such as signing bonus, supplies, etc. The victim will be instructed to deposit the check and use the money for any of these reasons and then instructed to send the remaining funds to the fraudster. The check will bounce and the victim is left responsible.
