TBD Responsibility:
A Community Support Specialist will be working One on One with a client or in a 3 to 1 ratio ( 1 Staff & 1 Participant or 1 Staff & 3 Participants).
The Support Specialist is responsible for the day-to-day Program activities, assist participants in the community/volunteer sites as well as assisting participants to meet their goals and other needs.
CITY is a community based program which requires walking and availability to push a wheelchair when needed.
Requirements:
Reliable Transportation, Undergo Background check, Pass fingerprint clearance, CPR and First Aid certification, TB Test, Valid Driver's License and must be open to pushing wheelchairs if necessary.
